Exploring the status of QA in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and the challenges that universities may face in adapting their processes in light of the new ESG.

,

28 October 2015

  • In May 2015, Bologna ministers adopted the revised version of the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), which provides a common framework for internal and external quality assurance (QA) systems. Following the revision, this EUA webinar will explore the status of QA in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and the challenges that universities may face in adapting their processes in light of the new ESG.

The webinar will bring together a panel of European actors to discuss the principles of the ESG, the key debates during the revision and implications of new version, while seeking feedback and input from participants from across Europe as to their own institutional perspectives.

    Speakers:      Barbara Michalk, HRK
        Anna Gover, EUA
        Colin Tück, EQAR
    Moderator:
      Tia Loukkola, EUA

This webinar is aimed at vice-rectors responsible for QA, QA managers and officers and others involved in QA work in universities. Participation is limited to EUA members.

EUA will host the webinar on Wednesday 28 October, 14:00-15:00 CET.

    Registration is now closed.
