The DOC-CAREERS II Final Conference will be an opportunity to meet the workshop convenors and representatives of companies and other non-academic organisations involved in doctoral education, to exchange practices among colleagues, and to allow participants to keep up to date with the latest development on university-business cooperation in the framework of collaborative doctoral education.

Therefore, the conference is open to Rectors, Vice-Rectors and officers responsible for doctoral education in higher education institutions, academic and administrative staff, students, interested stakeholders and researchers.

Invitations will be directly sent to all stakeholders involved in the DOC-CAREERS projects. However, conference registration is also open to other participants with a professional interest in doctoral education.

The Conference organisers will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full even if this occurs before the registration deadline. The organisers reserve the right to refuse registrations.

Registration is now closed.

Registration Fees

The conference is fee waived for all participants. This means that the conference, all documentation, coffee breaks and lunches at the conference, as well as the dinner reception are free of all charge. Please note however that the welcome reception venue has a limited capacity. Priority will be given to those who register early.

Travel and accommodation expenses are at the charge of the participants.

The registration will be confirmed by an email. Please do not make any travel arrangement before you have received this confirmation.

Neither EUA nor the two host institutions will be liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
