Thank you for sharing this page.

The registration is now closed.

The event organisers aim to ensure participation of all members who desire to attend the event. However, each event has limited capacity and in order to guarantee a certain balance between country and institution representation, the organisers may have to restrict attendance. Priority will be given to those who register early. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full even if this occurs before the registration deadline.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes attendance at the event(s) of your choice at the EUA Doctoral Week, all documentation, coffee breaks, lunch(es) and dinner(s).

The participants and companions’ fees do not cover travel and accommodation expenses. Participants must arrange their own hotel bookings, except the non-European participants in the CODOC Final Conference whose accommodation will be arranged by EUA. (Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.)

 Registration fees
* Companions are permitted to participate in the relevant social programme only.

Registration will be confirmed via email. Please wait for confirmation before making travel and hotel arrangements. Should you be required to pay a registration fee, please note that your registration will only be completed and considered final once your payment has been received by EUA. Payment has to be made upon confirmation of registration and prior to the event, either by bank transfer or credit card. Cash payments are not possible.

Cancellations must be sent to EUA in writing, either by e-mail: or by fax: +32 2 230 57 51. If a cancellation is received on or before 31 August 2012 the registration fee minus an administration charge of 20% will be refunded after the event. If a cancellation is received after 31 August 2012 and/or the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that EUA is informed of the change.

Neither EUA nor the Karolinska Institutet will be liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and companions attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
