Thank you for sharing this page.

To register for the event, click the button below.

The registration deadline is 10 February 2012.

The event organisers aim to ensure participation of all members who wish to attend the event. However, in order to facilitate an interactive and in-depth discussion, we will limit the number of participants to 200. To guarantee a certain balance between country and institution representations, the organisers may have to restrict attendance. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full even if this occurs before the registration deadline.

Registration Fees

The registration fee is: €445

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference, documentation, coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner.

Registration will be confirmed by email. Please wait for confirmation before making travel arrangements. However, please note that your registration will only be completed and considered final once your payment is received by the Delft University of Technology. Payment has to be made upon registration either by bank transfer or credit card. Cash payments are not possible.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to EUA by email: or by fax: +32 2 230 57 51. If a cancellation is received on or before 20 January 2012, the registration fee minus an administration charge of 20% will be refunded after the event. After 20 January 2012 and before 9 February 2012, the registration fee minus an administration charge of 80% will be refunded after the conference.

If a cancellation is received after 9 February 2012 and/or the participant fails to attend, the delegate will be liable to pay the full fee. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that EUA is informed of the change.

If you require a Short Stay Visa, you must apply for it yourself. You can apply for a Short Stay Visa at any Dutch embassy or consulate, which will provide the necessary application forms. Please note that neither EUA nor TU Delft offers any help concerning visa applications.

Neither EUA nor TU Delft will be liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
