Participation in the workshop is open to EUA-CDE members only.

Registration is not possible on this website, but only through a personalised email sent to the individual members. To become a member of the EUA-CDE, please click here.

The registration deadline is 10 January 2014.

The workshop organisers aim to ensure participation of all members who desire to attend the event. However, in order to facilitate an interactive and in-depth discussion we will limit the number of participants to 100. To guarantee a certain balance between countries and institutions, the organisers may have to restrict attendance. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full even if this occurs before the registration deadline.

Registration fees

EUA-CDE members: €275
Companions: €80

The registration fee includes attendance at the workshop, all documentation, coffee breaks and lunches at the workshop as well as the networking dinner.

Companions (spouse/partner only) must be registered in advance. Name badges are required for admission to the networking dinner and will be available for collection at the Registration Desk.

Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed by email. Please wait for confirmation before making travel or accommodation arrangements. However, please note that your registration will only be completed and considered final once your payment is received by EUA. Payment has to be made upon registration either by bank transfer or credit card. Cash payments are not possible.

Cancellation of registrations

Cancellations must be sent in writing to EUA, either by email: CDE-workshop@eua.be or by fax: +32 2 230 57 51. Please bear in mind that once a participant registers for the conference they are obliged to pay the conference fee. However, in the case where a participant is unable to attend they will be entitled to a 20% refund if their registration is cancelled on or before 22 December 2013.

If a cancellation is received after 22 December 2013 and/or the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that EUA is informed of the change.

Liability

Neither EUA nor the Dokuz Eylül University will be liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and companions attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
