A biannual event, the Funding Forum is a unique, inclusive platform open to all higher education funding stakeholders – university leaders and managers, researchers, students, public authorities, public and private funders & partners. This year’s forum focuses on designing strategies for efficient and sustainable funding of higher education in Europe.

Priority will be given to those who register early. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event has reached maximum capacity even if this occurs before the registration deadline.

Companions (spouse/partner only) must be registered in advance. The registration fee for companions includes theWelcome reception and Dinner. Name badges are required for admission to this social event and will be available for collection at the registration desk.

Participant and companion fees do not cover travel and accommodation expenses.

Confirmation

Please note that by filling in the registration form for an event you agree to full payment of registration fees. Your registration will be confirmed by email. Please wait for your confirmation before making any further arrangements.

Payment

Payment must be made upon confirmation and prior to the event either by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments can only be accepted if paying by Visa and Mastercard. The participant assumes full responsibility for paying all bank charges associated with the payment.

Please bring payment confirmation with you to the event for presentation at the registration desk.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be sent to EUA in writing, either by email: funding@eua.be or by fax: +32 2 230 57 51. If a cancellation is received on or before 14 September 2014 the registration fee minus an administration charge of 20% will be refunded after the event. If a cancellation is received after 14 September 2014 and/or the participant fails to attend, the entire registration fee must be paid. 

Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that EUA is informed of the change.

Liability

Neither EUA nor the University of Bergamo will be liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and companions attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
