EARMA Conference, 24-26 April, Malta
23 March 2017
The European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) is organising its annual conference from 24 to 26 April in Malta. This year’s conference theme is “Negotiating Research: What is the best deal for Europe?”
The event will be an opportunity to discuss the implications of Brexit on European science and to re-examine the idea of research as a public good in Europe. It will also focus on the challenges in maintaining the universal accessibility of Horizon 2020 while improving its success rates.
Thomas Estermann, Head of EUA’s Governance, Funding and Public Policy Development Unit will participate in a panel debate on the conference theme and a session on “The future of EU Funding – Key issues for universities.” Both sessions will take place on 25 April. Further details can be found on the event website.
Registration for the EARMA Conference is still open. Onsite registration is also possible.
